Saguaro Labs – General Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions govern all users of the Saguaro Labs website ("Website") and must be expressly accepted before any purchases may be completed. Payments

All payments made via ACH/e-Check should be payable to Saguaro Labs LLC.

By authorizing Saguaro Labs to initiate an electronic debit to your account, you confirm that the transaction complies with all applicable laws.

Payments received after 4:00 PM Mountain Time will be processed the following business day.

By clicking "Place Order", you authorize payment and finalize your purchase. Once payment has been processed, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

All credit card transactions will appear on your billing statement as Saguaro Labs LLC.
