2. Returns

For quality assurance, safety, and chain-of-custody reasons, Saguaro Labs does not accept returns of any products.

Once products leave our facility, we cannot verify how they have been stored, handled, or transported. Accordingly, returned products cannot be resold or redistributed.

3. Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• You received the incorrect product.
• Your order arrived damaged during transit.
• Your shipment was confirmed lost by the shipping carrier.
• A verified fulfillment error occurred on our part.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

• Ordering the wrong product.

• Shipping carrier delays.

4. Reporting a Problem

To be eligible for review, you must notify Saguaro Labs within 48 hours of the documented delivery date.

Your request must include:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label
• A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied.

5. Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, Saguaro Labs may, at its sole discretion:

• Ship a replacement product, or
• Issue a refund to the original payment method

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was solely the responsibility of Saguaro Labs.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers agree to contact Saguaro Labs and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Chargebacks determined to be fraudulent or abusive may result in:

• Permanent account suspension
• Cancellation of future orders
• Restriction from future purchases
• Submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor

We strive to resolve all customer concerns fairly and promptly.
