1. Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed during periods of high order volume, holidays, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple shipping options during checkout, including expedited services where available.

Available carriers may include:

• FedEx
• UPS
• United States Postal Service (USPS)

Delivery estimates are provided by the selected carrier and are not guaranteed by Saguaro Labs.

3. Overnight & Expedited Shipping

Customers may select expedited shipping options, including overnight delivery, during checkout.

Selecting an expedited shipping method does not guarantee same-day order processing. Orders must be placed before the daily processing cutoff and are subject to product availability and carrier schedules.

4. PO Box Addresses

FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Orders submitted using a PO Box may be shipped via USPS or delayed until an alternative physical address is provided.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier.

6. Delivery Issues

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

• Other events beyond our reasonable control
